Why It's Awesome

Secure Local Processing:

Your photos never leave your device. The entire analysis runs securely inside your browser, ensuring complete privacy.

Advanced Comparison Algorithms:

Go beyond exact matches. With Average Hash (aHash), Difference Hash (dHash), and Perceptual Hash (pHash), you can find resized, cropped, or slightly edited duplicates.

HEIC & Folder Support:

Easily drag and drop entire folders. iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos are automatically converted and processed on the fly.

Synchronized Zoom Modal:

When comparing very similar photos, the preview modal perfectly synchronizes your mouse scroll and panning across all images, making it easy to spot minute differences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No, absolutely not. All processing is done locally in your browser using Web Workers. Your photos remain completely private.

What is the difference between aHash, dHash, and pHash?

aHash is fast and simple, dHash is excellent for finding resized or slightly modified images, and pHash is the most accurate for finding visual similarities even with color changes or strong compressions.

Can I delete the duplicates directly from my computer?

Browsers cannot directly delete files from your hard drive for security reasons. Instead, you can download a ZIP of the clean 'remaining' images, or download the selected 'duplicate' images.
